O artista-mãe

Motion design, graphic designTitle and poster design, motion design for "O artista-mãe", a brazilian/swiss documentary about the artist Ricardo Ramos in his creative process while taking on the role of caregiver for his mother, Zilda.

The film shows their relationship and creative process and the build up of the exhibition "Sobre minha mãe", which opened on April 23, 2024, at the Victor Meirelles Museum in Florianópolis, SC and featured paintings, photographs, and objects created between 2019 and 2022 using discarded medicine leaflets, blister packs, and packaging. These materials were used by Zilda, who suffered from Alzheimer’s. She also participated in the exhibition with works she produced between 2008 and 2017 











     
Visual elements for the materials were inspired by Ramos' artworks, such as the copper wires and blister packs.
